Home inspection services are unlike other professional services in that, we may not have the opportunity to meet me until after you hire me. I encourage all my potential clients to give me a call with any questions prior to retaining my services.
Your home is one of the biggest investments that you will make. Choosing the right home inspector for this major investment can be difficult. Inspectors have varying educations, qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.
This being said, I will never rush through an inspection. Many inspectors you will find will book 3+ inspections/day and will rush through them to ensure they make it to their next appointment. I will never do more than 2/day. I feel that if a quality inspection is provided, than no more than 2 can reasonably be done within a given work day. A typical inspection is approximately 2-3 hours for a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home, however, I do not set a "time limit" on any inspection. I will work diligently and actively while engaging my clients to ensure all questions are answered.
My goal is to ensure my clients leave the inspection educated and comfortable with the decision they make on their potential purchase. Even after the inspection, I am available at anytime for questions/consultation.
You'll get a comprehensive computer-generated report with digital photos that is easy to understand. Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report.
